Due to a lack of funds for maintenance and restoration, these sacred places are slowly falling apart. CATCA Church Renovation Fundraiser Summary

Fundraising Period: April 30, 2026 – June 1, 2026

Dear CATCA Families and Friends in Christ,

As a community rooted in faith, culture, and service, CATCA has always responded generously to causes that uplift lives and preserve our spiritual heritage. During the period from April 30, 2026, through June 1, 2026, CATCA conducted a special fundraising campaign to support the renovation and restoration of aging churches in Tamil Nadu.

Many historic churches across Tamil Nadu have served as pillars of faith for generations. These sacred places are much more than physical structures—they are centers of prayer, hope, fellowship, and spiritual growth for countless families. Unfortunately, due to limited financial resources, many of these churches are facing significant maintenance challenges and are in urgent need of repair and restoration.

Recognizing this need, CATCA appealed to our community to come together in support of preserving these spiritual homes for future generations. We are deeply humbled by the response we received.

Fundraising Goal and Results

While we fell just short of our original goal, the generosity demonstrated by our community was truly inspiring. Through numerous contributions—both large and small—we were able to raise an impressive $4,800 toward this important cause.

Fund Transfer

We are pleased to report that the entire amount collected has been successfully transferred to Fr. Anthony Dhas’s designated account, as requested, for the intended church renovation and restoration efforts.
