Mr. Stanislaus Stephen, Choir Director and Music Ministry
The CATCA Church Choir is a vibrant part of our spiritual community, bringing music and devotion together in harmony. It provides a wonderful platform for our children and youth to learn the beauty of liturgical music and develop their musical talents. Through regular practice sessions, the choir helps kids understand rhythm, melody, and teamwork while deepening their connection to faith.
One of the choir’s special strengths is singing hymns and devotional songs in our native Tamil language, which brings a sense of nostalgia and cultural pride to our community. It also helps children connect with their roots, enriching their Tamil language skills while expressing their faith through music.
Under the guidance of dedicated volunteers and musicians, our young singers are encouraged to use their voices to glorify God and uplift the congregation during Mass and special events. The CATCA Choir continues to inspire a new generation to sing with joy, confidence, and love for God, faith, and culture.
